We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you return an item/order within 30 days, you will receive a full refund. Any orders placed before 23rd December 2025 will be covered under our old 100-day returns policy.

All Returns can be processed via our quick and easy returns portal. For your convenience, we offer a wide range of options including drop off to postal lockers. Faulty, damaged and incorrect items can also be processed through this portal.

Please make sure that all items are unused and in their original packaging (including tags intact) and are unwashed/unworn and in a saleable condition. We encourage you to package your return appropriately in a box with sufficient packing as we will not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit.
