When you place a pre-order you will be shown an estimated date of arrival, this is a date based on when we expect to receive the stock and our warehouse processing times. If you have any further questions please use our live chat for product updates or check below for current popular pre-order item updates.

If you ordered other items along with your pre-order we will ship your order as a whole when we receive the pre-order items at our warehouse. We highly recommend checking out any non-pre-order items you require sooner on a separate order.
