What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?Updated 8 days ago

We’re very sorry your items have arrived damaged, this occasionally occurs during shipping but we will do our best to help you. Please email our team on [email protected] with an image of your damaged item and the packaging it arrived in, we will investigate further with our couriers and warehouse team.

While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll be sure to resolve the situation as best we can!
